I have been on Catster for over a month and I only have three friends! That's right, three! I figured that I would join and have more friends than a cat in heat, but no, I have nothing. So Catster, screw you, I don't need you with your fun groups and fabulous friends, I'm a Portland cat and march to the beat of my own drum. Shame on me for being friend greedy in the first place, and plus with all my real friends I probably wouldn't have time for all the fake friends that I thought I would make on Caster. So in the end I win, I'm exclusive and fabulously under appreciated.

That's the right idea Mortimer. You don't need fake friends, no one does. A cat with as much substance as you can walk alone and rise above the rabble.
I haven't had much luck on Catster because my typist aka "Mommy" hasn't put much time into it. She says my bloggy keeps her "so buys already." Whatever.
We got lotsa friends when we first started cause mommy wasn't so lazy with it. But now....Alas, no more.
Have you visited Skeezix on Catster? He is a good guy and I'm sure will help you make lotsa friends.
You know, Mort, (may I can you Mort?) I wouldn't worry about it. We've been on Catster for over 3 years and we've made far more friends blogging. You need to get around in The Cat Blogosphere and you'll have more friends than you can keep track of!
George
Well, Mort (can we call you Mort? Mortimer D. Cats is so formal)
Anyway, if you just want a long list of Catster Feline Friends, we can post your info on a couple groups we're members of, and you should get a lot of friend requests shortly.
But if you really want cats to hang out with, we agree with The Crew. Blogging, and posting comments on blogs, will get you better friends quicker than posting on Catster.
Good luck, either way.
