Lasagna Cat

Today I felt that something was missing and I couldn't put my paw on it. Then I read Crews Views and realized what was missing was a little Garfield, so here you go.

From one of the early strips, originally printed just a few weeks after Burt was born.
Spend a little time watching some of the other episodes. Never before has the brilliance of Jim Davis (who hails from Ernie's home state, I may add) been enhanced quite so well!

First may we say, Pompom is prolly just playing hard to get. Really hard to get. Mom is a really big Garfield fan, she also loves lasagne, which explains da big butt...hehehe

we agree with Zippy Sadie & Speedy, Pompom is just playing hard to get. How else could she deny your handsome face??

We love Garfield and have many of his books. We also have all his holiday specials on DVD! Our favorite is Christmas when he sings the "Gimmie" song. Or, is it Halloween when he tells Odie that dogs have to help cats go out and get candy???

Very nice, Mortimer. However in reality I doubt if a real dog could perform as well as that person in a dog suit, once again proving that we cats ARE the superior species!

Long live Garfield!

My mom LOVES Garfield. She still has a stuffed Garfield from back in the 1980s that her students gave her. He sits on her computer desk!
